Selection criteria
Aside from counting the nominations to shortlist individuals with the most votes, our panel will be making their selection based on a series of set criteria covering all aspects of the individual including driving, personality, professionalism and outstanding levels of service beyond the call of duty.
The panel will be looking at each nominee’s case individually and looking for elements in their ‘reasons for nomination’ that set them apart, in relation the aforementioned key areas. There will be particular focus on specific examples given of service beyond the call of duty. In short, this will not be a ‘tick box’ procedure and will depend highly on the quality of the reasons provided for each nomination.
